Queensland real estate agent Clint Smith has danced his way into headlines with an unusual selling tactic.
The Noosa agent has gone to extreme lengths to drum up* interest for his clients’ home, filming a dance video in the house after his final open home at the property on Saturday.
He recorded an impressive video of himself dancing to Bruno Mars’ hit 24K Magic inside the house at 3 Merope St, Sunrise Beach.
The video has been watched thousands of times since being uploaded.
“It started out as a bit of a joke. I know the clients well and they got me to do it,” Mr Smith said.
“It was a good way to end a busy day.
“I threw some hip-hop into it, some freestyle in various areas of the house, just to catch people’s eyes.”
The multi-talented estate agent said he’s been dancing for years.
“My dad actually started the Blue Light Disco in Noosa, and I’ve been dancing for a fair while now,” he said.
“It is a hobby.”
But this isn’t the first time Mr Smith’s now legendary feet have got viral.
Less than two years ago a video of him dancing to a Justin Timberlake tune gained more than 20,000 views.
The Sunrise Beach property is due to go under the hammer* on November 12.
“It is a really nice, renovated house and probably sells itself,” he said.
