Wow, that was fast – Term 1 is done and now it’s time for everyone to take a break and tuck into some hot cross buns and chocolate eggs. Yum!

Kids News is going on an Easter hunt too – we’ll be back for Term 2 from Tuesday 22 April.

And mark your calendars now for the Prime Minister’s Spelling Bee in Term 3. The Bee is free, fun and celebrates its 5th birthday this year. We’re working on some great new features for teachers for the milestone birthday to make sure it’s the biggest and best Bee yet.

Registrations open and the school round begins on July 21 and ends on August 22, 2025.
